The following items must be submitted before technical review of <br />your application can begin: <br />The Division must receive 4 copies of the application form and 5 complete <br />copies of all the exhibits (A-5). <br />Failure to submit the items listed above by the initial decision date of <br />August 18, 1992, will result in a decision to deny your application. You may <br />amend your application by submitting the requested items. In accordance with <br />Rule 1.5, a new decision date will be established 90 days from the date cf <br />receipt of all requested items. If you have already initiated publication, <br />you will need to republish notice which specifies the final date for receiving <br />comments is the 20th day after the fourth publication or the next regular <br />business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
