<br />3a. The grant of easement herein contained is subJect to the right
<br />and privilege of the vendor, his heirs. successors and assigns to continue
<br />to operate, maintain and reconstruct any ditch, pipeline or utility line
<br />existing on, over, and across said easement prior to the date of this
<br />contract, provided the above right does not interfere with or endanger the
<br />construction, operation, maintenance, and use by the United States of said
<br />transmission line.

<br />3b. The grant of easement herein contained is subJect to the right
<br />and privilege of the vendor, his heirs, successors and assigns to construct
<br />and maintain roads on, over, and across sold easement, provided there is
<br />a minimum overhead clearance of 34 feet at 60 degrees Fahrenheit from the
<br />conductors of said transmission line to the road surface, and further, that
<br />permanent public access, such as public roads. streets, and alleys. If
<br />properly designed and established by law, may be hereafter located and
<br />constructed over, on, and across said right-of-way, provided any such road,
<br />street, or alley shall be constructed to a grade that will maintain a
<br />minimum overhead clearance v; stated above, and provided further that no
<br />road shall be constructed ritllin 50 feet from any tower or any support for
<br />such tower without advance rritten permission from the contracting officer,
<br />and provided the above right does not interfere with or endanger the con-
<br />struction, operation, maintenance, and use by the United States of said
<br />transmission Ilnc.
<br />3c. The grant of easement heroin contained is subJect to the right
<br />and privilege of the vendor, his heirs, successors and assigns to construct,
<br />erect, and maintain ditches, underground utilities, pipelines, and fences
<br />on, over and across said easement so long as a gate Is provided fn each
<br />fence erected across said right-of-way and suitable crossings are provided
<br />over each ditch, utility or pipeline when appropriate; provided further
<br />that no ditches, fences, underground utilities and pipelines shall be
<br />constructod hereafter within 50 feet from eny tower or any support for
<br />Such tower without advance written permission from the contracting officer,
