A strip of land situated in the South one-half of the Southeast
Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Sect
3, Township 9 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.~!., said strip of
land being 175 feet in loidth, extending to and limited by the prop
lines, everywhere distance 87.5 feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the East line of Section 3, Township 9 North;
Range 68 West of the 6th P.At., said point being 180 feet, more or
less,northerly rom the Southeast corner of said Section 3, ''
thence North 5733' taest 3163 feet, more or less, to a point on the ~
