We are aware of and understand the mine and <br />reclamation operations for the subject property (see attached "Vicinity Map') and have talked with a representative of Silt Sand <br />& Gravel, LLC regarding these operations. We have agreed to a setback of 25 feet from structures that we own, and have no <br />problem with the operations being proposed. We have been assured by Silt Sand & Gravel, LLC that should any damage <br />occur to our structures and improvements due to the proposed operations, Silt Sand & Gravel.
