We are aware of and understand the mine and <br />reclamation operations for the subject property (see attached "Vicinity Map")and have talked with a representative of Silt Sand <br />& Gravel. LLC regarding these operations. We have agreed to a setback of 25 feet from structures that we own, and have no <br />problem with the operations being proposed. We have been assured by Silt Sand & Gravel.
