The <br />BOCC and its County Road and Bridge Department are aware of the <br />mine and reclamation operations planned by Silt Sand & Gravel, LLC <br />for the property known as the "Grand River Park Project", located on <br />an approximately 182 acre parcel South of Interstate 70/the <br />Colorado River and North of County Road 346 a.k.a. the "Silt to <br />Rifle Road" ("CR 346"), west of the Stillwater Development and <br />southwest of the Town of Silt, Section 9, Township 6 South, Range <br />92 West, 6th PM. <br />We have received information from Tim Thulson, Esq., Balcomb & <br />Green, and Alex Schatz, Banks & Gesso, LLC, as representatives of <br />Silt Sand & Gravel, LLC. We understand that this "Structure <br />Agreement" is an agreement on (1) a set back of mining operations <br />from the structure which we own, CR 396; and (2j repair to any <br />damage to CR 346 which may occur from vibration, subsidence, and <br />other such impacts from mining operations in proximity to the road. <br />We also understand that this Structure Agreement does not address <br />"operational" impacts to CR 346, mitigation for which will be <br />considered at the local, rather than State permitting level.
