PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Silt Sand & Gravel, LLC, 0304 Highway 133, Carbondale, CO 81623, (970) 963-2296, <br />has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation <br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions <br />of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The <br />proposed project is known as the Grand River Park and is located within Section 9, <br />Township 6 South, Range 92 West of the 6th P.M. <br />The proposed date of commencement is summer 2006 and the proposed date of <br />completion is 2018. The proposed future use of the land is recreation.
