Revision of map <br />exhibits also reflects a refined understanding of the location of features to be <br />avoided by mining, including certain jurisdictional wetlands and ail and gas <br />infrastructure. The impact of mining will be slightly reduced by recent <br />adjustments, so the new Exhibits C and F may be regarded as a technical <br />revision where adjustments are not recognized as a product of adequacy <br />comments concerning Exhibits J and S. <br />Itemized below are the applicant responses to individual adequacy comments. <br />The Division's comment appears in italics, followed by the applicant response. <br />1. In accordance with this rule, please submit proof of publication circulated <br />in the local newspaper and proof of the public notices submitted to all <br />owners of record of surface lands, easement holders, and owners of <br />record of surface lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of affected <br />land... <br />Proof of compliance with Rule 1.6.2(1)(g) is attached. Published notice appeared <br />in the Glenwood Springs Post-Intelligencer on May 30, June 6, June 13, and <br />June 20, 2006. Certified mail receipts are enclosed as proof of mailed notices. <br />
