Dept oI Natural Resources
Your letter of September 28, 1983, to Peter V. O`Connor of the
Mined Land Reclamation Division has been forwarded to us for
response.
The Robinson Brick Company is not detaining any rain runoff for its
own use nor does this operator intend to erect any future dikes for
detaining water for its own use unless the proper permitting is
obtained. Several dikes were erected many years ago. This writer
assumes they were erected by the surface owners and were for either
erosion control or stock watering.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
ROBINSON BRICK COMPANj
~~J ~,~~,~~ ~
Michael G.
