As data for this well is evaluated, it may be important to consider that <br />during the core drilling of this well the drilling rig burned es a result of natural gas. Various <br />materials were used during the emergency siwaUon to help stem the flow of gas fueling the <br />fire. It is likely that barium in this well is resultant from possible residual barium contsininy <br />materials used down hole to curtail the escaping gas. <br />American Soda is required to sample well field injection and production streams far water <br />quality cherniral constituents.
