Before a decision can be made on your application the following items need clazification. Please <br />provide a response to each item prior [o September 16, 2002. If you aze unable to fully respond to this letter, please <br />contact me requesting continuance of consideration to a later date. <br />Please be advised [hat yotu application may be deemed inadequate and denied on September lb, 2002 ualess the <br />following adequacy review items aze addressed [o the satisfaction of the Division. <br />EXHIBIT C -Pre Mining and Mining Plan Map/s of Affected Lands <br />1. Rule 6.4.3(a) requires [hat this map show all adjoining surface owners of record. If Ronnie Davis owns all <br />the land adjoining the proposed permit area, please show this on the Exhibit C Map. If other owners have <br />land adjoining the proposed permit azea show [hem on the map. <br />2. Is there is any land within [he proposed permit boundazy that will be excluded form mining activities? If so, <br />please show this by mazking an "Affected Land Boundary" on the map. Is the 200 feet setback from all <br />permanent man-made structures such as the pond dam spillway within the permit boundary? If so, show it on <br />the map. <br />EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan <br />3. In accordance with Rule 6.4.5(2)(t)(i), state the maximum anticipated final slope gradient. <br />EXHIBTT F -Reclamation Plan Map <br />4. Show on this map the proposed topography of the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the <br />direction and rate of slope of all reclaimed lands. <br />EXHIBIT H -Wildlife Information <br />5. The Division of Wildlife Statement included as your Exhibit H recommends that all mining and reclamation <br />activities should maintain a minimum setback of 200 feet from the edge of [he pond, Please commit to such a <br />setback from the high water line of the pond and if necessary show i[ on your Exhibit C Mining Plan Map. <br />
