PUBLISHED NOTICE OF APPLICATION FILING FOR <br />A REGULAR (112) CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Willits Company, Inc. has filed an application for a Reclama- <br />tion Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under <br />the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for the <br />extraction of construction materials. The proposed mine is known <br />as the Kattenberg Pit and is located in parts of Sec. 33, T-9-N, R- <br />76-W, 6th Principal Meridian, Grand County, Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement is 2004 and the proposed <br />date of completion December 2020. The proposed future use of the <br />land is rangeland. <br />Additional information and the tentative decision date may be <br />obtained from the Mined Land Reclamation Division, 1313 Sherman <br />St., Suite 215, Denver, CO 80203 (303) 866-3567, or at the Grand <br />Clerk and recorders office, Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado 80541, or <br />the above named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on (Date). <br />Please note that comments related to noire, truck traffic, hours of oneratwn, visual impacts <br />erects on property values and other social or economic concerns are issues not subject to this <br />Office's jurisdiction.
