Reclamation Plan <br />EXHIBTI'D <br />Reclamation Ptan <br />RECEIVED <br />SEP 131003 <br />OiYision Yf Minerals and geology <br />Timing - Start as soon as Minerals and Geology permits. <br />Com~etion: Estimated clean up for this 9.9 acres of ate existing hydro mine site to be <br />approximately one yeaz to eighteen months. <br />Procedures: Once hydro mine site (all the loose rock and piles) aze cut down to a useable grade. Atl the <br />slopes cut to 3:1 or boulder walls built in azeas to steep to achieve a 3: l slope. Topsoil will be place 4" - <br />6" in depth on slopes, One inch minus base course will be placed on flat bottom useable area. Slopes will <br />be seeded with native grass and wildflower. <br />Criteria and materials <br />Topsoil - Existing onsite to be placed on slopes 4" to 6 in depth with loaders, excavators and dump <br />truck. <br />Boulder wails - Existing boulders on site, boulder walls will only be used [o retaining areas that are to <br />steep to achieve a 3:1 slope. Boulder will be placed with excavators, loaders, and compactors. <br />One inch minus - Existing onsite, one inch minus base course will be a product created from rock and <br />din piles on site. It will be used in the gravel flat bottom useable ground. <br />Estimate of actual cost <br />NOTE: Site could be pushed off flat at present time to make ground useable, Rock n Pine wants to use <br />the materials on site to offset reclamation costs beings its an existing hydro mine site. <br />Gradine - Mobilization - $2,000.00 <br />40 hoots D-8 dozer $150.00 hour - $6,000.00 <br />10 hours 140 Grader $12-.00 hour - $1,200.00 <br />40 hours 966 loader $120.00 hour - $4,800.00 <br />20 hours trucking $65.00 hour - $1,300.00 <br />Seedin 8 hour labor and hydro-mulch $135.00 hour - $1.080.00 <br />TOTAL = $16,380.00 <br />NOTE: Hourly rate includes labor, fuel, insterance and maintenance. <br />Reminder : this is a reclamation project of an existing mine site we aze trying to clean up. <br />Material Costs <br />Topsoil - onsite - $ 0.00 <br />Base Course - $5.00 per yard- 200 yards - $ 1,000.00 <br />Seeding - $400.00 per acre - $ 800.00 <br />- $1,800.00 <br />
