It has very little vegetation due to previous <br />disturbance. There aze some pine trees and an occasional wild rose bush, some willows <br />determined not to be wetlands from Corp of Engineers. The disturbed area consists of rock <br />and dirt mounds over [he entire area of proposed permit area. <br />Approximately 9.9 acres of 60.24 acre lot.. <br />Approximately 24 acres of 60.24 acres is already disturbed from previous Hydro-mine <br />operations. Previous operations have made the land un-useable. We would like to clean up <br />and make land useable again.. <br />The middle fork of South Platte ours through our south property <br />Highway 9 runs on our north property lines approximately one mile. <br />The east end adjoins Town of Faitplay property which exists the same conditions as our site, <br />previously Hydro-mined for approximately 9 acres and ends at Museum property. This is the end <br />of property we would like to start mining with this 110 permit. <br />Twenty-four un-useable acres. <br />2 <br />
