This water is totally <br />used within the mine both as a cooling agent and as a dust suppressant for the <br />continuous miners, No water is pumped out of the mine, the water adheres to <br />the coal and is shipped out with the coal, <br />This well permit should be attached to Western Slope Carbon's mining <br />permit with the Mined Land Reclamation and with our East Lease Mining Plan <br />for OSM.
