MINED LAND WILDLIFE STATEMENT/EVALUATION (Revised) <br />for limited impact and select regular mine applications <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for use by Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board in their consideration of a mining permit for: <br />Aaeeson Pit - Sand & Gravel SEQ. Sec. 25. TSN R49w wach;ngrnn r„ <br />Name/Type and Location of Mine (Legal) <br />Wildlife Species list: Deer, antelope, fox, coyote, badger, weasel, skunk, opposum, <br />rabbits, pheasant, quail, prairie chicken, dove, raptors and numerous small rodents <br />and seasonal songbirds. <br />Endangered/critical species/impacted: Possibly prairie chickens, however, doubtful <br />as there are no known leks in the area. <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: NA <br />Assessment of impact: Negative impacts should be minimal as the mine area is <br />basically the bed of Rock Creek which is an intermittant stream.
