A copy of the white Retum Receipt for Certified Mail used by us to send notice of <br />our Limited Impact application to the Gunnison County Board of County Commissioners on <br />September 17, 1999. This item may be inserted in Exhibit J of our'application. <br />2. A copy of the white Return Receipt for Certified Mail used by us to send notice of <br />the application to the Gunnison Soil Conservation District on September 17, 1999. This item also <br />may be inserted in Exhibit J of our application. <br />3. The original deed transferring the Brown Derby #4 to Precious Offerings Mineral <br />Exchange, Inc. was sent for recording in Gunnison County on September 17, 1999. We spoke <br />today with Beth in the Gunnison County Recorder's Office, who told us that she received this <br />deed and recorded it on Monday, September 20, 1999, and that she placed [he recorded deed in <br />the return mail to us that day. When we receive the original, recorded deed from her, we will fax <br />a copy to you and send a copy by regular mail. When you receive it, the deed may be inserted in <br />Exhibit G of our application. <br />4. A copy of our transmittal letter to the Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, sent <br />by us on September 17, 1999, via overnight mail. With respect to evidence of placing the <br />application for public review in Gunnison County, Beth told us that she received our package <br />and placed the application for public review as required by the regulations on Monday, <br />September 20, 1999. She also told us that she date-stamped an extra copy of our transmittal <br />letter and placed it in the U.S. Mail on Monday evening, addressed to your attention. When you <br />receive the original, date-stamped transmittal letter, it may be inserted in Exhibit i. When we <br />
