TOWNSHIP 19 SOUTH, RANGE 70 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. <br />ADDRESS: P.O. BOX 2059 , CANON CITY, COLORADO 81212 <br />• The activity is classified as an UNDERGROUND COAL MINE and the property is zoned <br />AGRICULTURAL. Said activity is pursant to the Fremont County Zoning Resolution <br />Section 620 and is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Said permit to be issued for 15 years or the life of the mine which ever comes <br />first. <br />2. Twin Pines Coal Company provide the Planning Department with copies of any Tech- <br />nical revisions to the Mined Land Reclamation Permit. <br />3. Twin Pines Coal Company provide the Planning Department with copies, at least once <br />a year, of the mine maps of the underground workings and surface maps and reports <br />as required by any State or Federal Coal Mine Agency, <br />4. The Board of Lounty Commissioners reserves the right to review the question of <br />assess to the property, subject to the permit and impose conditional conditions <br />in the event that a final court judgement prohibits the use of roads through the <br />Town of Rockvale. <br />5. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to review the question of <br />road surfacing with material that is being tested by the EPA or other authorized <br />agency to impose additional conditions in event that said material could become <br />hazardous or contaminate to the Rockvale water supply. <br />6. All other required permits by the State or other agencies are in effect. <br />• THE DURATION OF THE PERMIT IS FIFTEEN (15) YEARS OR THE LIKE OF THE MINE AND WILL EXPIRE <br />DECEMBER 13, 2000 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
