AmerAlia. Inc. <br />MWD-1 Drilling and Completion Report <br />up circulation and collection of a detailed water sample for field measurements and off-site <br />analyses, the drilling assembly was tripped out of the hole and the rig moved off Pad 1. Total <br />time on site at MWD-1, from spud to TD, was approximately 5.8 days. <br />Water dischazged during drilling was collected in a small settling pond on the northern boundary <br />of Drill Pad 1, then released down a dry drainage. Dischazged water never reached any surface <br />water body. Table 1 presents MWD-1 field measurements, which were measured pursuant to the <br />pazameter requirements of AmerAlia's Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment <br />(CDPHE) Dischazge Permit. <br />Table 1. Daub <br /> , obtained sample. <br />STRATIGRAPHIC INTERCEPTS <br />MWD-1 spudded in surface colluvium and soil that was excavated during construction of Drill <br />Pad I (a negligible thickness of less than 5 feet) and penetrated approximately 1,012 feet of the <br />Uinta Formation (including tongues of the Green River Formation), all of the R-8 Zone (1,012 to <br />1,199 feet), all of the A-Groove (1,199 to 1,213 feet), all of the Mahogany Zone (1,213 to <br />1,387 feet), all of the B-Groove (1,387 to 1,407 feet), all of the R-6 Zone (1,407 to 1,583 feet), <br />and most of the L-5 Zone (1,583 to 1,731 ft). These stratigraphic intercepts are based on <br />MWD-1 rotary drill cutting data and geophysical-log data (see Appendix A). <br />LITHOLOGY <br />3 <br />
