(HGTI), please fmd enclosed the 4th quarter^Pond <br />Inspection Reports for the Truck Loop Pond (OOtA) and the Rail Loop Pond (002A) at HGTI's <br />Hayden Gulch Loadout factliq~, Permit No. C-92-081. <br />Conditions were normal and no problems were observed. There were no observed discharges <br />from either pond during the quarter. The quarterly discharge monitoring reports will be sent to <br />CDhiG under separate coyer.
