Changes to the facility were <br />initiated following a technical revision approved by Colorado Mined Lund <br />Reclamatlon'Divlu.ton Lt Sr.ptcmber 19114. Discharge puLnt 004 will be <br />the direct disrharge of mine water into Ilubbard Crock without utilizing any <br />settling ponds. <br />Water which will enter pond 111 during most occasion:: is surface runoff water <br />from yard drainage areas and disturbed areas.
