No.: Pond #10A-Loadout <br />Inspection Period: First Quarter 2005 <br />inspection Date: 329/06 <br />General Description or Reference to Stte Plan: <br />This pond is located east of the coal loadout facility/ and south of the railroad tracks <br />The pond is partially incised into a0wium and the embankment keyed into the <br />subsurface strata. Side sopes are less than 2H:1V. The pond discharges into Lorencito <br />Canyon Creek. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover. Excellent Moderate ~ Poor <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: Extensive Some ~ None <br />3). Is wave action qusing erosion: <br />No <br /> On the Upstream embankment? Yes <br /> At the principal spillway inlet? Yes No v <br />4).
