The water level in the sediment pond was about 16" below the invert <br />of the primary spillway. Dugout Pond requires some maintenance on the south side of <br />the spillway embankment, scheduled for spring of 1998. <br />REFERENCE DRAWINGS: Sediment Pond - Map 7; SWMP Controls -Map 14; <br />Dugout Pond - Exh 9, page 11. <br />S WMP CONTROLS: No significant amount of coal was spilled around the loadout. The <br />hydraulic oil dank at the loadout was sound. The sediment fences were in good repair. <br />The plant:rQads wefe..adequately watered. The paved haul road did not have excessive <br />
