Please refer to the MAP C attached for the location of the
discussed habitat. So that all information is displayed on the
same map I have colored sagebrush habitat (tan), riparian
habitat (light green) and trees (dark green). The brown line
is the 6460 mining line every thing north of this line will
not be disturbed by mining. Of the 46.08 acres ± approxi-
mately 13.56 acres ± is sagebrush habitat, 2.66 acres ± is
riparian habitat and there are 40 trees.
Exhibit D- Mining Plan
4. Measures will be taken to insure that impact to surface and ground
water is minimal. This will include but is not limited to
maintaining a 1,000 foot berm along the river. This berm
will be within the immediate working area of Stage 1 and will
be removed when mining is complete in stage and placed in
Stage 2 while mining is going on in there. its purpose is to
keep disturbance to a minimum in the river setback areas.
