A limited impact permit was approved in 1978. Mr. Don Bogart , Environmental
' Biologist for the Colorado Division of Wildlife, prepared a wildlife statement
for the application submitted at that time. No significant changes have occurred
' since Mr. Bogart's report was submitted. Even though the area involved in this
' conversion application is larger than the original permit, the affected lands
are of exactly the same nature. Therefore, Mr. Bogart's 1978 statement is
1 resubmitted on the following page.
