A copy is attached. <br />When-the topsoil is replaced; it vvi!! be put back at an average depth of 12". <br />2. Weed Control Plan . <br />Rule 3.1.10 (6) of the Minerals Rules and Regulations requires the use of weed <br />control measures under certain condaions. Please provide the Division with an <br />appropriate weed control plan which will be used for this site if weeds become a <br />problem. <br />Phillips .County has a Weed and Pest Management District: We also have a <br />District Manager who sprays for the county on an as need basis. We will utilize <br />the services of our Weed and Pest District.Manager to control any weeds that <br />become a problem at the site. <br />
