W. of Westcliff <br />Name/Type and Location of Mine (Legal) <br />Wildlife Species list: <br />[4hitetaiLed Jack Rabbit, Lark Bunting, DSeadow Lark, 13 lined Ground Squirrel, <br />Red Tailed Hawk <br />Endangered/critical species/impacted: <br />None known. <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: <br />Grassland <br />Assessment of impact: <br />If pit i:; left dry, it will destroy 10 acres of grassland habitat. If pit <br />is left with standing water in it, it will improve 5 or 10 acres of wetland <br />habitat. <br />Mine Reclam~ition recommendations (include key species habitats for which <br />restoration is designed). <br />Leave bottom of pit contured to aloes maximum area covered by one foot of <br />standing water in October (low water time). <br />Prepared By: David C.
