Permit C-84-062
Enclosed are the revised certification statements as requested in your
letter of November 13, 1987. These certification statements supersede past
statements which should be eliminated.
In reference to your November 16, 1987 letter, the as built and design
map of Pond M3S are one in the same. This map is titled "TR 86-1-3
Sedimentation Pond "M35" Design". It was submitted November 19, 1986 and
certified by Richard Bilbas as of the same date. CMLRD did acknowledge
receipt of that map. I hope this clears up the confusion.
I would appreciate knowing as soon as possible if the pond M3-N and
M3-S certification are now acceptable.
If there are any questions please contact me at your convenience.
Sin rely, ,
Terrell K. nson
Environmental Specialist
TKJ/dg
Enclosures
