Dear Mr. Russell:
I have reviewed your 1 10(2) application for 9 permitted acres located in Alamosa County
and commend you on a fine effort in preparing the application. I only have two adequacy
comments that should be addressed prior to the June 16, 1995 decision date. They are as
follows: 1) any topsoil stockpiled for more than 12 months should be seeded with a
temporary cover crop, and 2) we will require a financial warranty in the amount of $9,000
for the estimated diswrbance.
The public comment period will continue until May 30, 1995. Therefore, any comments
received during this period will be forwarded to you.
