I only have two adequacy <br />comments that should be addressed prior to the June 16, 1995 decision date. They are as <br />follows: 1) any topsoil stockpiled for more than 12 months should be seeded with a <br />temporary cover crop, and 2) we will require a financial warranty in the amount of $9,000 <br />for the estimated diswrbance. <br />The public comment period will continue until May 30, 1995.
