In this quarter, no <br />discharges occurred at Points 002, 005, 009, 011, 014 and 015 <br />(primarily due to the drought). Intermittent flows were observed <br />at Points 006, 008, 010, 012 and 016. Points 013 and 017 have not <br />been constructed yet. Construction of Pond 014 was completed in <br />September 2001, no discharge has occurred yet. <br />Point 010 experienced one exceedence of the suspended solids <br />thirty-day average limit of 35 mg/1. A sample collected on August <br />13 displayed a TSS value of 46 mg/1. This sediment pond was <br />almost completely full of sediment (an 'upset' condition), and <br />water was being siphoned from the pond on this date in <br />preparation of the pond being dredged out. Dredging was completed <br />in October.
