Pond D only discharged three times during the month; therefore, four sample episodes could <br />not be completed during this period. No permit excursions were noted for this period. Pond F only discharged twice during <br />the month, afs/~r lected on the DMR. <br />Outfalls 001; 005 a d 007 are being tested for Hardness in addition to the required parameters, however, 007 was omitted for <br />this period. r~~~p of those results is included in this submittal. <br />Outfalls 004, and 008 did not discharge during this period. Outfall 020 has not been constructed yet; therefore, there is no <br />discharge to enable chemical or toxicological testing to date. Points 010, 016 and 017 have been eliminated from this permit. <br />In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover <br />the outfalls which did not discharge. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I certify under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry o/those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted in/ormafion is <br />true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false in/ormation, including the <br />possibility of /ine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
