No permit excursions were noted for this pedod. The Outfalls flowed each week of the <br />period, with two exceptions: Outfall 007A did not flow the fourth week of the period, and Outtall OOSA flowed only during the <br />last week of the pedod. <br />Outfall 004A did not discharge; and therefore had no chemical tests during this period. Outfall 020A has not been constructed <br />yet. Note that ponds A (Outtall 001A), and H (Outtall 009A) have been deactivated following bond release, and have been <br />removed from the newly amended permit, effective January 1, 2003. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the <br />following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outtalls, which did not discharge. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I ceRify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, l believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the <br />possibility of fine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
