Two permit limitation ezceedence occurred during this period. Also enclosed are quarterly WET <br />reports for the period from January 1, 1999 through March 31.1999. Three permit limitation ezceedences are noted <br />in the \'VET results. <br />Au ezceedence occurred at OutEall 003, wish a maximum TSS rending of 80. Thongh additional testing indicated <br />no contnwing problem, d[e 3l1 day average for TSS was also an ezceedence. <br />Outfall 007 showed "No Flow" for the first week of March; Outfall 002, 008, and 009 discharged during only two <br />weeks of March y[d Outfall O1G discharged only once in March, which reflects as a shortage in the'frequency of aunlysis' <br />Eor reported parametea. <br />Ourfnlls 004 :u[d 010 did not discharge during this period. Outfall 030 has not been constmcted yet: therefore, <br />dtere is no discharge to enable chemical or toxicological testing to date. <br />Outfalls 007, 005, m[d 007 arc being tested for Hardness in addition to the required paramete a. TCC is conducting <br />some intema] sampling to further ezpltin some issues that have previously been in question with the NPDES <br />requirements. A copy of these results is included in the submittal. <br />Quarterly lY/hole Effluent Tonicity (WET) tests were conducted on Outfalls 001, 005, a[[d 007.Outfall 001 failed for <br />both species, with "Concentrations with Statistically sigttific:utt Difference in L.ethaliry" reported at 75% for P. Promelas <br />:u[d 100% for C. Dubia. Outfall 005 passed for both species, with concentrations reported at >100% for P. Promelas <br />:urd C. Dubia. Outfall 007 passed for P. Promelas with the concenvation repotted at >100%, but failed for C. Dubia <br />with the concentration reported at 75%. Copies of the CDPS \CiET Test Report Forms for these tests are included with <br />this submittal.
