You will note from the drawings that there is an <br />• elevation difference of approximately four feet between design from earlier <br />maps and actual survey data. The pond was purposely oversized during <br />design. The required three year sediment storage was estimated to be 0.07 <br />acre feet and the 10 year, 24 hour runoff volume was 0.27 acre r`eet for a <br />total storage requirement of 0.34 acre feet to contain the 10 year, 24 hour <br />event and three year sediment storage.
