Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Board published August, 1980, and pursuant to the Colorado Surface Coal Mining
Reclamation Act 34-33-101 et seq., the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Division proposes to approve an application for a Technical Revision to Permit
No. C-019-81 submitted by Colowyo Coal Company for the Colowyo Coal Mine
located near Craig, Colorado.
The revision will provide for construction of a sediment pond and modification
of an existing drainaca ditch to improve drainage and sediment control in a 6
acre reclaimed area adjacent to the loadout tunnel.

County Clerk and Recorders Office in the Moffat County Courthouse in Craig
Colorado.
Any person with an interest that may be adversely affected by the proposed
decision may request a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board
within ten (10) days of this Notice. Such request must be in writing and must
state with reasonable specificity the reasons for the request and the
objections to the proposed decision. The request should be directed to the
Mined Land Reclamation Division, 423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street,
Denver, Colorado 80203.
