<br />• <br />PROPOSED PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board published August, 1980, and pursuant to the Colorado Surface <br />Coal Mining Reclamation Act 34-33-101 et seq., notice is hereby given of the <br />filing of a Technical Revision to the existing Colowyo Coal Mine, Mining <br />Permit-Coal No. C-019-81, by Colowyo Coal Company, 5731 State Hich~,vay 13, <br />Meeker, Colorado 82641, with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division, <br />Colorado Department of Natural Resources, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 423, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203. The request for a Technical Revision is to provide <br />for the modification of an existing drainage ditch and construction of a sedi- <br />ment pond. <br />All of the lands to be affected by this Technical Revision are owned <br />by Colowyo Coal Company, are located approximately 28 miles south of Craig, <br />Colorado, are west of Colorado Highway 13/789 and east of Wilson Creek, are <br />all in Moffat County, Colorado, and are located on U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 <br />minute quadrangle Map No. N4015-W10745/7.5 (Axial, Colo.), and is more parti- <br />cularly described as follows: <br />TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 93 WEST Of THE 6TH P.M. <br />Section 22: NW1/4NE1/4 <br />A copy of the application for Technical Revision is on file at the <br />Mof~at County Clerk and Recorders Office in the Moffat County Courthouse in <br />Craig, Colorado. Comments concerning this Technical Revision should be <br />addressed to the Mined Land Reclamation Division, Colorado Department of <br />Natural Resources, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 423, Denver, Colorado 80202. <br />Comments must tre filed within ten (10) days from the date of this publication. <br /> <br />
