(2)
June 18, 1984. During the• construction on this pond the accumulated sediment
was removed. The affected emhankment was re-seeder] in October 1984. The sed-
iment volume used in the previous certification wa:; taken from information in
the permit. The 0.102 a. E. stated in the permit is higher than the 0.084 a.f.
found once the sediment was removed. The 0.130 a.E. design sediment requirement
was a very conservative figure calculate using OSM's Initial Program rules.
Rather than enlarge the pond, the pond will be considered to be 357, Filled with
sediment, leaving 257, capacity available before clean-out is necessary. The
attached drawing shows the levels oC Che discharge structures and the volumes
of storage.
I certify that these ponds, ~t3 and fk4, have been re-established under my
direct supervision and that to the best of my knowledge and belief these ponds
are structurally sound and have the storage volumes shown on the attached drawing.
.w..yy`
l'1 / , r .
Larry pl: R chke, PE 19691 ti
~~
Alt ,
A.~l ~ :~~~ !a ~ r s ~
