This re-certification was done as a result of const:vction
completed in June 1984, following flooding of Hubbard Creek.
The projected completion date of certification of the ponds, the haul mad and the
quarterly inspection of the bench project was February 1, 1985. As discussed on
the phone today this date has come and gone without completion of the certifications.
I have requested a1 extension to which we have agreed upon February 19, on your
desk.
If there any further questions please feel free to contact me here at 929-5911 or
Grand Mesa Coal Co. at 856-6402.
Yours ly,
~/~
Larry Reschke,
Mine Engineer
Enc.
cc Dale'Fenwlck
