During the course of mining operations, Corn Construction Company shall not <br />allow the total disturbed acreage to exceed 9.5 acres. <br />2. Corn Construction Company agrees to comply with all rules and regulations to <br />be adopted asregulations by the Mined Land Reclamation board pursuant to its <br />authority under Article 32 of Title 34, C.R.S. 1973, as amended (1976 Sess. <br />Laws N.B. 1065) which are noC declared invalid, inapplicable, or unenforceable.by <br />sta to Cory or court action, as soon as possible, but not later Chan 180 days after <br />the effective date of such regulations. pending Che adoption of such rules <br />and regulations, Corn Construction Company agrees to be bound by all of the pro- <br />visions of the Mined Land Reclamation Act 1976, as well as the rules and <br />regu]ations of the Mined Land Reclamation Roard previously adopted under the <br />Colorado Opening Mining Land Reclamation Act of 1973. Furthermore, once the <br />rules and regulations are adopted by ,the Board, Corn Construction Company agrees <br />Chat all documents i.t submits to comply with such rules and regulations will <br />be subject to full public review and that full opportunity will be. given for a <br />hearing before the Board on the adequacy of the document if req~.iested i:i writing <br />by members of the public. At such.a hearing, the Board may reconsider further <br />conditions to this permit. This condition is more fully set forth in ,the stipul- <br />ation and agreement applicable to the open mining life of the mine permit No. <br />77-24,issued on March 9, 1977 to Corn Construction Company. <br />This permit is issued subject to all requirements of the Colorado Mined Land Reclam- <br />ation Act and all rules, regulations and standards row in force and any which may in the <br />future be promulgaCed by the Mined Land Reclamation Board, and this permit may be revoked <br />or suspended for noncompliance with the Act and/or such ry~les, regulations and standards. <br />MINEll~ L NG RECLA~MA~~ON BOARD <br />
