Disclosure <br />Registrants should be open and forthright about the existence <br />of natural hazards, risks to their clients and the public, <br />methods of mitigation, and the chances of success in <br />mitigation. This applies to all stages of~the design <br />process, from feasibility through final design and <br />construction. Registrants should not knowingly take part in <br />remedial work in natural hazard areas where the intent is to <br />disguise either the hazards or existing damage. <br />(Adopted 02-20-95) <br />
