Preliminary <br />review of the information received determined that dle following items must be received before the Divisicat can <br />consider your application as being submitted and technical roview can begin: <br />EXHIBIT N -Source of Leed Rieht to Eater (Buie 6.4.14): l'ou must provide the source of your <br />legal right to enter and initiate a mining operation orl the affected land. <br />Your application will not be calsidered submitted until the information listed above is received and found <br />sufficient to begin our review. A decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of all of the <br />requested information. Additionally, if you have already published notice yuu will need to republish ovate, <br />after the Division considers the application subrtlitted. This notice must be published once a week for four (4) <br />consecutive weeks, starting within tin (10) days of the date your application is considered submitted. We will <br />notify you when you should initiate republication of your notice. The 5nal date for receiving commarts is the <br />20th day after the fourth publication or the next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your application.
