<br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />'~J <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Greystone is pleased to submit this proposal <br />to provide environmental services at the <br />Costilla Landfill Pit located in Costilla <br />County, Colorado. <br />The objectives of the work plan may include <br />all or part of the following: <br />- Preparation of a site map. <br />- Installation of four monitor wells. <br />- Well location and survey location. <br />- Development of a quarterly groundwater <br />monitoring and sampling plan. <br />PROJECT BACKGROUND <br />The proposed work plan was developed from <br />conditions listed in the letter dated January <br />17, 1996, from the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology (Division). <br />Additionally, Greystone contacted Mr. James <br />C. Stevens on January 26, 1996, to clarify <br />the conditions listed in his January 17, 1996, <br />letter. <br />PROPOSAL HIGHLIGHTS <br />Reasons for Selecting the <br />Greystone Team <br />The purpose of this proposal is to describe <br />the Greystone technical approach, <br />management structure and strategy, schedule <br />and bid to complete the conditions listed in <br />the January 17, 1996, letter. Greystone is <br />qualified to perform the work at the Costilla <br />Landfill Pit for the following reasons: <br />- The Greystone team has the <br />qualifications and experience to <br />appropriately install monitor wells and <br />Cmulla~l-96 <br />1-1 <br />
