His technical experience has focused on the areas of <br />surface and groundwater hydrology, aquatic ecology, water quality, and hazardous waste <br />management. His areas of emphasis include project and task management, envirotmental <br />program design and collection of data, interpretation of data, and evahlation and assessment of <br />environmental impact related to project development and operation. Mr. Koblitz has worked <br />in a number of industries including mining, eleca-ic and gas utilities, pipelines and rrancn+i~cion <br />lines, water development, resort development, and other inrhrctrial site development.
