<br />• <br /> <br />AGILE STONE SYSTE <br />SQUIRE RESID' <br />0656 COUNTY T <br />PARKDALE, Ct) <br />OCTOBER' <br />Pu ose <br />This investigation was conducted to document the existing condition v. <br />residence at 0656 County Road 3, Pazkdale, Colorado. <br />Procedure <br /> <br /> <br />Present at the inspection were Mr. Frank A. Squire (owner and occupant) and Phil Musial <br />(of Vibra-Tech Engineers). Mr. Frank A. Squire stated that the residence is a 1985 model <br />manufactured house with a concrete basement. The inspection consisted of examination <br />of the residential exterior and interior. <br />The condition of the inspected sections of the structures may change after the date of <br />inspection due to many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, actions taken by the <br />owners, or the passage of time. This report deals with the condition of the structures at <br />the time of inspection. <br />The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the structures <br />that were readily accessible and could be visually inspected from the ground. No <br />inspection was made in areas obstructed, concealed, closed off; or in any azea which <br />required dismantling, removal or movement of any object. <br />Photographs are attached to the rear of this report. <br />Roll #1 <br />Exterior of Residence <br />Photo #l) Identification photo from the southeast. <br />Photo #2) Southwest corner - spalling and cracking of the concrete foundation. <br />Photo #3) Identification photo of the south side from the southeast corner -deterioration <br />of patio boards. <br />~ ~~ <br />~co:_ <br /> <br />
