Re: Camilletti Pit (File No. M-87-164)
Dear Mr. Ellison:
On October 20, 1987 the familletti Pit mining application was found to be
complete. Prior to receiving Division approval, the following items must be
resolved:
(1) An estimated cost of reclaiming the site should be submitted to the
Division. This estimate should include the cost of any backfilling and
grading which may he repuired, as well as topsoil application and seeding
of the permit area.
(2) Although the Division appreciates the proposal to partially reclaim the
adjacent, pre-law disturbance, we will need same assurance that a
sufficient volume of overburden material will be stockpiled on site so
that the proposed reclamation plan may be carried out.
