Barra,
Division Director
On June 5, 1991 the Division received a letter confirming our discussion
of June 3, 1991 about the problems CYVCC has experienced attempting to
monitor well 006-82-2 this spring. The Division acknowledges the problem
and understands that CYVCC has missed the monitoring dates in your
hydromonitoring plan. We would encourage .you to redrill the wells as soon
as Dossible and collect the samples that you missed. Given that it will
probably take 45-60 days to obtain a permit from the State Engineers office
you should be able to complete the wells and monitoring by no later than
August 23, 1991. This would allow the sampling to occur within three months
of the approved sampling time and would be acceptable as the monitoring for
one half of the semi-annual sampling.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss this further, please contact me.
Sincerely,
~.
L-'
Anthony J.
