<br /> <br />comment period shall close sixty (60) days following the public <br />notice. <br />Requests for public meeting and public comments may be directed to the <br />Colorado Department of Health, Water quality Control Division, Permits <br />and Enforcement Section, 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver, <br />Colorado 80222-1530. <br />Following the public comment period and the public meeting, if one is <br />held, the Department will issue or deny the final permit. Interested <br />parties then have thirty (30) days to request an adjudicatory hearing <br />on the permit. <br />Further information: The draft permit is available for inspection at <br />your County Commissioner's Office and County Health Department, or can <br />be obtained by writing to the Division at the above address and paying <br />a small charge per page for copying fees.
