Effluent Limitations - Discharge points 001, 002 <br />Beginning immediately and lasting through April 30, 1996, the <br />permittee is authorized to discharge within the limitations specified <br />below, from the following outfall serial numbers (see Figure 1): <br />001, outfall from sediment pond 111 to Magpie Creek <br />002, outfall from sediment pond (14 to an unnamed tributary Co Newlin <br />Creek <br />Parameter 30-day avg. a/ Daily Mas. c/ <br />Flow, MGD Report NA <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 35 70 <br />Total Iron, mg/1 3.5 7.0 <br />Settleable Solids, mg/1 NA Report <br />pH (standard units) shall remain between 6.5 and 9.0 c/. <br />011 and grease shall not exceed 10 mg/1 c/ in any grab sample nor shall there <br />be a visible sheen f/. <br />Any discharge or increase in the volume of a discharge caused by <br />precipitation within any 24-Hour period less than or equal to the <br />10-year, 24-hour precipitation event (or snowmelt of equivalent <br />volume) may comply with the following limitations subject to burden of <br />proof requirements described in Part I.A.2. <br />Parameter Daily Maximum c/ <br />Flow, MGD NA <br />Settleable Solids, ml/1 j/ 0.5 <br />pH (standard units) shall remain between 6.5 and 9.0 c/. <br />Oil and grease shall not exceed 10 mg/1 c/ in any grab sample nor <br />shall there be a visible sheen f/. <br />See part I.C. for Footnotes <br />i~ <br />
