COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, Water Quality Control Division
Rationale - Page 11. Permit No. CO-0036595.
VI. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PERMIT
C. Additional Terms and Conditions
1. Materials Containment Plan: On January 11, 1988, the permittee
submitted an engineered spill plan. An update to the plan is
required to be filed within 90 days of the permit effective date,
detailing all changes which have occurred since the original
submittal. In addition, a Facility inspection by a Division
representative on September 24, 1990 revealed that the magnesium
chloride and Che preparation plant chemicals are not in diked
areas. Although the potential for spills from the chemical storage
areas is small, it should be covered under the plan update. For
specific requirements, refer to Part I.E of the permit.
D. Specific Compliance Requirements
1.
