" <br />Response: The referenced paragraph has been modified to include the above statement. Copies of the revised page <br />accompany these responses. <br />Other <br />In a phone conversation, the Division expressed concern that language in the text (Wolf Creek Project Notice-Of- <br />Intent Supplemental Information, Section 5) "Describe Exploration Activities", last sentence in paragraph 2), <br />considered the potential to twin the drillholes, which would need to be addressed in the bonding estimate. This <br />language has been removed, and a copy of the revised page accompanies these responses. If at a later time, any of the <br />holes need to be twinned, an amendment to the existing permit will be submitted, along with an appropriate bond rider <br />to address any required increase in bond. <br />Hopefully, these responses and revised supporting materials adequately address the remaining outstanding concerns, <br />and will allow you to proceed with final approvals for this exploration project.
